A Scots veteran selling Remembrance poppies says he was 'punched' and 'kicked' by protestors when he became caught up in a pro-Palestine rally.
Jim Henderson, 78, says the incident happened at Waverley Station in Edinburgh on Saturday where hundreds of protestors gathered.
Mr Henderson, who served in Northern Ireland, can be seen trying to get away from the crowd in footage that has appeared on social media.
His ordeal ended when staff at the station intervened.He told MailOnline: "I was getting shoved backwards - in danger of falling - and one of them stood on my foot and split my toe."So I thought I had got to get the money out of here.
