Prince William has ‘big plans’ for these two royal family members who refused HRH titles
started “seizing more power” from his cancer-stricken father, King Charles. The future king is said to be putting his foot down on several key decisions about the Firm’s long-term future.Among those is giving some lesser-known royals more of a spotlight, including Prince Edward and Duchess Sophie of Edinburgh’s children, Lady Louise Windsor and James, Earl of Wessex.Lady Louise, 21, has stayed largely out of the public eye throughout her childhood and recent years, instead choosing to focus on her education at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, where William met his wife, Kate Middleton. She and her younger brother James, 17, were both offered the opportunity to have HRH (His/Her Royal Highness) titles from birth, however their parents decided to pass and instead offer their children more of a “normal” upbringing.A new report by the Scottish Daily Express claims that William has recently been mulling over the idea of giving Louise and James yet another chance at becoming working members of the Firm.Should they accept the role, the duo will begin receiving public funding, which in turn would mean they will have to start undertaking public-facing engagements and events to represent the Crown. While the move hasn’t been confirmed, it would relieve some pressure within the royal fold, especially following Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s shocking departure from the Firm five years ago. After Louise turned 18, she was once again offered the chance to become Princess Louise — but she politely turned it down.Meanwhile, it appears as though her brother — who turns 18 in Dec.

Prince Andrew and Prince Harry’s brutal nicknames given by palace staffers revealed
“The Royals With Roya and Kate,” royal correspondent Kate Mansey said the disgraced Duke of York, 64, and the Duke of Sussex, 40, have been given the same nickname by royal courtiers.“I did a kind of wrap up in The Times Magazine at the end of last year in which a couple of people actually mentioned [Andrew] and Harry to me as being known as the Dukes of Hazzard,” Mansey said, via the Express.“As the two difficult dukes who are problems for the king, but perhaps Andrew more so.”The nickname is seemingly referencing the ’80s comedy-adventure series “The Dukes of Hazzard” which follows cousins Bo and Luke Duke and their adventures with law enforcement. The Post has reached out to Buckingham Palace for comment. Both Andrew and Harry are no longer working members of the royal family. While it was Harry’s personal decision to step down from royal duties in 2020 and move across the pond, Andrew’s situation was far different.Andrew — a royal pariah since he was linked to disgraced late financier Jeffrey Epstein — has been kept at an arm’s length by royals ever since his disastrous Newsnight interview in 2019.In January 2022, the late Queen Elizabeth II removed his military honors and royal charitable patronages, as well as his HRH title. And just within the last year, Andrew was plagued with a slew of scandals. The duke, who had been on the brink of eviction, found a mysterious financial backer that allowed him to stay at the Royal Lodge, causing an even bigger rift between him and King Charles. And earlier this month, Andrew was reported to the police and accused of using a fake name to register a company.Andrew used the pseudonym Andrew Inverness in 2003 when he joined forces with sports retail tycoon Johan Eliasch to set up a

Inside Kate Middleton’s birthday celebrations as princess turns 43
Kate Middleton is 43!The Princess of Wales is celebrating her birthday surrounded by those nearest and dearest to her on Thursday, The Post can reveal. While Princess Catherine has spent much of her time at Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, England over the festive break, she is set to spend the special day at Adelaide Cottage, the Wales’ family home.As for the celebration itself, King Charles’ former personal butler Grant Harrold says it will be an intimate, family-filled affair.“I have no doubt that the King and Queen will have a dinner for her at some point either at Clarence House or Highgrove as the King is quite good at that kind of thing,” Harrold exclusively told The Post.“And William will be making sure there is a nice meal and some gifts and it will be celebrated with the children, who will of course want to celebrate with her,” adds Harrold, who previously worked for the king for seven years. While the mom of three’s birthday is often a low-key event, given its proximity to Christmas, this year’s celebrations may look slightly different given the difficult year Middleton has had health-wise.As Princess Catherine is “returning back to royal duties and obviously is doing well with her treatment,” Harrold suspects that the princess’ parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, will join in on the celebration. The former royal staffer believes Middleton may hear well-wishes from two estranged members of the royal family: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.“I think Harry and Meghan will reach out to wish her happy birthday,” Harrold told The Post on behalf of Slingo.

Prince Andrew reported to police over fake name used to set up private investments company
accused of using a fake name to register a company, The Post has learned. The disgraced Duke of York, 64, used the pseudonym Andrew Inverness in 2003 when he joined forces with sports retail tycoon Johan Eliasch to set up a company called Naples Gold Limited.Andrew, who owned four companies that were linked to those registered at Companies House under the name, was described as a “consultant” on official forms, docs obtained by The Post show. Now, an anti-monarchy campaign group called Republic has accused the former working royal of falsifying official documents.Graham Smith, the chief executive of the organization, has filed an official complaint to Scotland Yard, responsible for policing much of London.“The royals appear to believe they can act with impunity, an impression given weight by the lack of police action on serious allegations of corruption and sexual offenses,” Smith told The Telegraph.London’s Metropolitan Police is currently in the process of determining whether any further action against the scandal-scarred duke is required. Andrew was given the title Earl of Inverness by his later mother, Queen Elizabeth II, after he wed Sarah Ferguson in 1986.

Prince Andrew’s ex-wife Sarah Ferguson walks out of interview when asked about Royal Lodge
ongoing bitter feud with King Charles over the estate, it appears as though Fergie was unwilling to answer any questions regarding her living situation, according to royal correspondent Richard Mineards.Mineards, who writes for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s local paper the Montecito Journal, revealed that Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice’s mom recently appeared on US TV to discuss the royals.“While other hacks were peppering her with inane questions, I asked Fergie, given her new contract, if she would at last be moving out of Royal Lodge, the Queen Mother’s former home near Windsor Castle, having said previously she couldn’t afford to run any of the homes offered her by her mother-in-law Queen Elizabeth,” Mineards wrote in his latest column.“She was clearly not amused by my query and walked out of the room.”Mineards added that Lord Piers Wedgwood “said I had asked a perfectly reasonable question given her new contract,” which is rumored to sit at $620,000.Later that day, Ferguson reportedly “darted to the other side of the room” after spotting Mineards at a charity fund-raiser hosted by Fergie and James Ogilvy.“James noticed and asked me what had happened. I explained the lunchtime walkout and he rolled his eyes,” Mineards added.Ferguson’s ex Andrew, whom she divorced in 1996 after 10 years of marriage, has been locked in a bitter battle over the royal residence with the king in recent years. The feud kick-started years ago, after the duke was linked to disgraced late financier Jeffrey Epstein, and the duo have been at odds even more so in the last year.Charles had been desperately trying to evict Andrew from the sprawling estate and into a smaller property.
