A Kilmarnock super slimmer shed two stones in 16 weeks after admitting that her weight was affecting her confidence.Kirsty Bingham would spend hours getting ready to leave the house because she never felt comfortable.After joining Slimming World in August last year, the 36-year-old was so impressed with her local group that she has become a consultant for the weight loss firm after attending a training academy in Derbyshire.The mum of two previously tried to lose weight herself but struggled to stay motivated on her own.Now Kirsty is leading her own group and is aiming to help others achieve their weight loss dreams too.Kirsty said: "I feel a great sense of support and friendship in my group and love hearing everyone else’s successes, struggles and ideas.

I find it really motivating.”Kirsty now gets ready in a fraction of the time it used to take her.She added: “Obesity is becoming such a huge issue across the UK.

When I first joined Slimming World as a member, I never dreamed that I would end up helping other people to lose weight but now I just can’t wait to get started.
