Scot 'held at knifepoint' outside Asda left terrified by youths

A Scots man was left terrified after being 'held at knifepoint' by three males trying to steal his motorbike.Kieran McCurdo, from Edinburgh, was outside Asda in Chesser at around 11.45pm on Monday July 31, when three youths surrounded him.

The 20-year-old said one flashed a knife as they attempted to scare him. Speaking to Edinburgh Live, he said he then watched two of the men walk away with his bike after he was targeted and was too scared to pursue them.He added: "I parked the bike in Gorgie at the Asda in Chesser.

I was walking back to it and three individuals came up to me, one came to my left, and another to my right."One of them tried to launch for the keys but I kept them in my hand.

But that's when one of the guys flashed a knife, he lifted his top and showed he had it in his waistband."Then the visor on my helmet was cracked off.
