Prince Andrew snubbed from royal family’s dinner at Windsor Castle — despite living on the estate

the Daily Mail reports. As Warden for the school, the Princess Royal, 74, had set up a lavish get-together at Windsor, however her scandal-scarred brother was not in attendance. “I’m sure the duke would have loved to have attended the dinner if he had been invited,” a royal insider told the outlet. While Anne didn’t personally enroll at the $75,000-per-year institution, she and her first husband, Captain Mark Phillips, sent their children, Peter Phillips and Zara Tindall, there.“In her role as Warden for Gordonstoun, Her Royal Highness held an intimate evening dinner attended by a small number of guests,” a spokesperson for the school told the outlet. The Post has reached out to Buckingham Palace for comment. The brutal snub comes just days after the disgraced former working royal was reported to the police and accused of using a fake name to register a company.Andrew used the pseudonym Andrew Inverness in 2003 when he joined forces with sports retail tycoon Johan Eliasch to set up a company called Naples Gold Limited. The king’s younger brother, who owned four companies that were linked to those registered at Companies House, the UK’s public registry of companies, under the name, was described as a “consultant” on official forms, docs obtained by The Post show.An anti-monarchy campaign group called Republic has since accused the former working royal of falsifying official documents and filed an official complaint to Scotland Yard, responsible for policing much of London.London’s Metropolitan Police is currently in the process of determining whether any further action against the duke is required.

Princess Anne narrowly avoids protocol slip-up with emir of Qatar at lavish state banquet
forced to cancel her appearance.During Tuesday’s banquet, Anne nearly missed toasting the guest of honor at the dinner table — a mistake that would’ve broken the royal protocol. In a video shared on X, credited to Sky News, King Charles’ sister was seen looking out at other attendees as the emir clinked his glass with Charles. As Anne brought her glass towards her, she soon realized that she forgot to toast the emir of Qatar as she nearly took a sip.The princess quickly rectified the would-be error and raised her glass while making eye contact with the guest of honor before taking a sip. While other senior members of the royal family were in attendance, Princess Catherine and Queen Camilla skipped the dinner due to their respective health woes. The sheikh, 44, and his first of his three wives, Sheikha Jawaher bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al Thani, 39, were greeted by the British royals in London for the couple’s two-day visit to England.Earlier this week, the Prince and Princess of Wales joined the Qatar royals at the Horse Guards Parade, where Charles welcomed the royal couple.Camilla, 77, was forced to miss the event since she’s recovering from a chest infection.Meanwhile, Middleton, 42, attended Tuesday’s daytime festivities — which marked her first state visit since her cancer diagnosis earlier this year. After the Horse Guards Parade, William and Middleton, along with Charles and the Qatar royals, went back to Buckingham Palace in a carriage procession.Anne’s close call comes just weeks after she politely blocked her sister-in-law, Queen Camilla, from breaking royal protocol during a recent royal engagement. After the pair arrived together at the University of London for an event, they were escorted into the Senate House, where

Princess Anne blocks Queen Camilla’s attempt to break royal protocol
the Express reports.During public-facing duties, royals are expected to respect the “sequential hierarchy of nominal importance” — meaning that Their Majesties are to always enter the room first. And while Anne, who is the only daughter of the late Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, was born into royalty, she still ranks below King Charles’s wife within the Firm.Camilla, 77, and Anne have grown close since Her Majesty joined the royal family in 2005 following her wedding to Charles, 76.At Wednesday’s event, the duo were seen exchanging laughs and posing for photos together, as they joined four other recipients of honorary doctorates at the university.Just days after the outing, Camilla was forced to pull the plug on her appearance at the Royal Variety Performance following a chest infection that she’s been battling for the better part of this month.Camilla missed Friday night’s glitzy event, held at the Royal Albert Hall in London, to nurse her ongoing infection, the palace said.In a statement before the event, Buckingham Palace said the queen “continues to experience some lingering post-viral symptoms” and doctors had advised her to rest.“With great regret, she has therefore withdrawn from attendance at tonight’s Royal Variety Performance.
