I'm A Celeb 2021 winner Danny Miller breaks silence as Emmerdale star 'snubbed' from final
I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! last year when it was filmed in Wales at Gwrych Castle. However, his absence caused a stir as Jill Scott became the Queen of the Jungle, with many social media users wondering if he was snubbed by ITV.In previous years of I'm a Celebrity, the floral crown and wooden staff were awarded to the winner by last year's champ. However, this hasn't happened since 2017 when Toff won the competition and was given the crown by the 2016 winner Scarlett Moffatt. This left fans confused as Danny was "missing" from the final, with many taking to Twitter to comment on the actor's absence.Mishalready1 said: "Why didn't Danny Miller crown Jill? #ImACeleb."Brummiedebz added: "Have they stopped asking the previous winner to come on and hand over the crown?"Thought Danny Miller may have been there to crown Jill?"It has now been understood that the previous winner being in attendance was never a regular format on the ITV show, it just happened when the star was already out there filming for their sister show. However, ITV2's Get Me Out Of Here Now has since been axed, leaving no reason for Danny to be Down Under.Although Danny did not appear in person, he was sure to show his support to the Lioness on Twitter.Jill wrote on Twitter, celebrating her win: "It’s coming home, it’s coming, the jungle crown is coming home."To everyone who voted, thank you for making this happen.
