A Scots mum who grew up with hippie Buddhist parents earns up to £20k a day giving self-help tips and attributes her success to her 'free range' childhood.Iona Russell, who lives in Edinburgh, was brought up on a farm in the Welsh countryside near Hay-on-Wye, with her family home acting as a meeting point for the local Buddhist community.The 52-year-old says she learned vital skills that have contributed to her success as an entrepreneur and helped her build a self-help empire worth thousands, Edinburgh Live reports.

I'd invested in all the training and overheads, I didn’t start to make money until my third year."Then with each year my income increased, my experience and confidence grew.
