Motherwell woman receives two-year ban following Scottish SPCA investigation

A woman from Motherwell has been handed a two-year ban on keeping all animals following a Scottish SPCA investigation. Elisha Walker pleaded guilty to failing to provide adequate food and water for two cats at her home in Merry Street between May 16 and May 19, 2021.Walker also admitted failing to get veterinary treatment or advice for the cats which were suffering from health conditions including dehydration and weight loss.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
