In recent weeks colleagues Wendy and Liam have been seeing each other behind Bob's back after bonding over Liam's love of passionate writing.
However, during Monday's episode, things are about to step up between the couple as Liam surprises Wendy with a night away from the village.The surprise from Liam leaves Wendy feeling guilty as she rings Bob to tell him she is going away for the night.
Village legend Bob is then left feeling like he's had enough of what is going on with Wendy. He is then left stunned as his B&B business partner Bernice Blackstock reveals that Liam and Wendy are having an affair.
