Murieston United 2015s have enjoyed a great season which has seen them take to the field at half-time during a Livingston game as well as getting the chance to play at Tynecastle recently. The team are a mixed group of boys and girls who play at Fun 5s festivals and they’re also looking forward to the upcoming Edinburgh Cup at the start of August. The kids are sporting new kits thanks to the sponsorship of local company The Clarus Networks Group - a family-owned company led by husband and wife Derek and Debra Phillips.Derek said: “Our company’s foundation lies in our family values, and we extend that sense of family to our employees, customers, and the wider West Lothian community.“We are proud to work hand in hand with local suppliers, fostering long-lasting relationships, and through our sponsorship of Murieston United 2015, we are investing in the development and growth of young talent.”Coach Ostin Farrell said: “We are run by a group of volunteers who work tirelessly to give the kids the best opportunities possible.“This season they’ve played at half-time during a Livingston v Hibs game as well as playing at Tynecastle, which were unbelievable experiences for both kids and parents alike.

None of these opportunities would be possible without the generosity of a local business like The Clarus Networks Group.” Don't miss the latest news from the West Lothian Courier.
