David Lynch‘s children have invited fans of the late director to a “worldwide group meditation” to honour his legacy.The Twin Peaks creator’s death was announced Thursday (January 16) by his family, which followed claims he was “forced to relocate from his house” due to the Los Angeles wildfires. He was aged 78.A host of artists and directors have offered their condolences following his death, including Steven Spielberg, Edgar Wright, James Gunn, Hugh Jackman, Billy Corgan, Questlove and more.Lykke Li also said that he “changed my life”, writing: “He was the one that introduced me to meditating and that saved my life.” Likewise, in her tribute, Chaka Khan nodded to Lynch’s use of Transcendental Meditation and how it had inspired changes in her life.“A visionary who introduced me to Transcendental Meditation through his Foundation, transforming my life and the lives of millions,” she wrote.
