Channel 4's The Couple Next Door fans 'destroyed' over third episode

The Couple Next Door continued for its third episode on Monday night as fans took to social media following the episode which saw Outlander star Sam Heughan return to screens again in the Channel 4 drama.The psychological steamy series revolves around the complicated relationship between two sets of neighbours.

Evie played by Eleanor Tomlinson and Alfred Enoch who plays Pete have just moved into the area.They meet their new neighbours traffic cop Danny, played by Starz actor Sam Heughan, and his fitness instructor wife Becka who is played by Jessica De Gouw, who soon open up to their new pals on being non-monogamous.

The third episode saw the group head off on a spa trip where the sexual tension between the two couples finally reached boiling point as fans have taken to social media to react.One person wrote on Twitter: "Watching 'The Couple Next Door ' channel 4.
