A Wishaw woman who has thrown herself into charity work following the death of her brother has been hailed by her friend. Paula Brown was nominated for our weekly Say it with Flowers competition for all of her sterling efforts over the past few years.And her friend, who wishes to remain anonymous, is inspired by Paula’s willingness to help other people.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
