Gemma Atkinson responds to being branded 'superwoman' amid time solo as she recalls 'awful time'

Gemma Atkinson has shared her response after she was asked how she was doing while being branded 'superwoman'. The Hits Radio host has recently been navigating her latest chunk of time solo as her Strictly Come Dancing star fiance Gorka Marquez left home for work.

The couple are no strangers to spending chunks of time away from each other and their children due to work commitments. Gemma, 39, took a nine-month break from her radio job as she and Gorka, 33, welcomed their son, Thiago, back in July, just over four years after the birth of their daughter Mia.

But following their baby's birth, Gorka was soon back working on the 2023 series of Strictly. After navigating that period of time together, the new family-of-four got to spend quality time together before Bury-born Gemma recently returned to her main job on Hits Radio where she co-hosts the drivetime slot from 4pm alongside Mike Toolan and with producer Matt following the end of her maternity leave. So on Thursday (May 9), one of Gemma's followers asked how she was getting on after she opened up her inbox to questions as she gets so many about her fitness, food habits and workout gear.
