Lanarkshire theatre group set to stage open day

Budding actors from across Lanarkshire are being invited to take to the stage at an open day run by a local amateur theatre group.East Kilbride-based Bookends is on the lookout for new acting talent and are running a series of workshops at the town’s Arts Centre on Sunday, August 20.Interested performers aged over 16 are invited to take part, with a chance to impress directors and potentially earn a part in a future show.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
