Emmerdale star confirms big career change away from the soap

Perhaps because of her own battles with her health, Sarah formed a poignant part of Faith (Sally Dexter)’s story when Faith discovered her own cancer had returned and was terminal.
Sarah joined Faith in making the most of the time she had left and shared some poignant scenes. More recently Sarah has been closely involved in the storyline of Mack (Lawrence Robb)’s betrayal of Charity with Chloe (Jessie Elland).
Sarah, who is best friends with Chloe, discovered fairly early on that Mack was the father of Chloe’s baby. Trying to keep the truth from Charity she even faked being ill at one point.
