Adam Thomas has vowed not to be 'beaten' as he was seen celebrating a 'small win' as he continues to get back into the groove of his normal life after Strictly Come Dancing.

The actor became the sixth celeb to exit this year's edition of the BBC One dance contest earlier this month (November). Adam had joined the hit dance show alongside 13 other famous faces and was paired with Luba Mushtuk for the series.

But after landing in the dreaded dance-off for a second week in a row, the pair lost their place in the competition to Angela Rippon and Kai Widdrington, who have both also since exited the show.

But in a fresh update in his post-Strictly life, Adam appeared more determined than ever. Posting a selfie to his Instagram Story, the Waterloo Road star was smiling from ear to ear as he lifted his arm and put his hand into a fist as he appeared to be cheering himself on.
