Author and antiques expert Judith Miller, who appeared on Antiques Roadshow, has died at the age of 71. Judith’s publisher confirmed that she sadly passed away following a short illness.The Antiques Roadshow star had featured on the popular TV show since she joined in 2007.
Working on the Miscellaneous team, her notable finds included a set of Art Deco posters designed by French painter Jean Dupas, unearthed at Stanway House, Gloucestershire, in 2009.
She was no stranger to the screens as she also co-hosted The House Detectives and Antiques Trail on ITV. Judith also represented the University of Edinburgh, on the famous alumni edition of University Challenge.
During her childhood, Judith developed an interest in rare objects which then led to an impressive 30-year career in the field of antiques.
