Adam shared his post-recovery journey stating: "I'm glad I've got a heat swim [done]. It's my first hard stuff since I had the final on Sunday last week," and added that despite a tough week, he's aiming to power through.
He announced after his diagnosis, "I'll now be focusing on a fast, full recovery to give my best in the team relays later in the week.
