Tourists warned of 'repulsive' scenes as millions of dead fish wash up in Greek holiday town

Businesses are struggling in the town of Volos, around 200 miles north of Athens as the smell caused by the fish has put off visitors and tourists.
The town’s Chamber of Commerce has warned that the smell caused by the fish is “repulsive to both residents and visitors”. It said commercial activity has been reduced by 80 per cent in the past three days since the dead fish - around 100 tonnes - washed up in and around the port.
It said that it was taking legal action to seek damages.
