Ticketmaster insist Oasis tickets are still available to buy - but there's a catch

Despite opening at 9am and being besieged by people wanting to see Liam and Noel Gallagher back onstage together all morning, Ticketmaster has claimed there are still seats up for grabs and to keep waiting.
However, they cautioned that there might not exactly be the widest range of seats - and you may also end up paying more than others who snapped up tickets earlier in the day.
A statement from the platform read: "Tickets are still available, but inventory is now limited and not all ticket prices are available." The company has been using an Uber-style surge pricing model where the price of tickets rises alongside demand - meaning standing tickets originally on offer for about £150 rose to more than £350.The move has not proved popular, with one fan posting: "£355 surge price on Ticketmaster?
You claim to be against resellers but then allow your main seller to extort people at nearly double the price?" Many others never even made it to the page where the opportunity to buy tickets became available, being presented with error messages, held in queues or even told they were suspected of being bots.
