Palm Beach Sheriff Ric Bradshaw said in a press conference that the barrel of an AK-47 was spotted sticking through a fence about 300 to 500 feet away from where The Apprentice alum was expected to arrive at a hole.
It’s unclear if the suspect fired any shots, but the Secret Service agent fired four to six shots in the suspects direction, leading the suspect to flee. Law enforcement officers later recovered the weapon and a GoPro camera, which was presumably intended to be used as a recording device.
