South Lanarkshire Council is celebrating a year of being a period positive local authority.Yesterday (August 14) marked a year since the council implemented legislation for period products and committed to making a positive impact to ensure they are available to those who need it.In the last year, the council has distributed 52,691 boxed and reusable products, that’s 48,048 single use products and 4643 reusable products.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
