Human remains found by police probing disappearance of missing Scot Tony Parsons
police investigating the disappearance of missing man Tony Parsons.The beloved dad vanished during a charity bike ride in 2017 in Fort William and was never to be seen again, leaving his family heartbroken.Missing grandad Tony, who is now 66-years-old, had travelled from his home in Tillicoultry on September 29 and had intended to return home on his bike.He travelled south on the A82 and was last seen around 11.30pm that night outside the Bridge of Orchy Hotel.But today, Tuesday 12, specialist search officers, supported by forensic scientists, discovered remains in an area of ground close to a farm near the hotel.Although formal identification has yet to be confirmed, Tony's family have been made aware.
