Slipknot’s Clown sitting out of European tour to help wife “through health issues”

Slipknot percussionist Shawn “Clown” Crahan has announced that he will be sitting out of the band’s European tour.Clown took to social media to announce the news ahead of the band’s European tour kickoff in Austria today (June 7).

Per his statement, Clown will not be participating in the tour to take care of his ailing wife “through some health issues”.“I would like to take a moment to tell everyone that I’m back home supporting my wife through some health issues, and I’ll be back on the road as soon as I can,” he wrote. “We’ve been through this before and as always, we appreciate the love and support”.Check out Clown’s statement below.Hello to all of our fans, it’s the clown.
