PJ Harvey has announced a run of headline shows in Australia and Japan for 2025 – find all the details below.The singer-songwriter is due to head Down Under next March in support of her 10th and latest album ‘I Inside The Old Year Dying’, which was released last summer.She’ll take to the stage in Perth, Adelaide, Meredith, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane in the first half of the month before heading to Japan for gigs in Tokyo and Osaka.Australian artist Mick Turner will serve as a special guest support act in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.Tickets for the Australian dates go on general sale at 10am AEDT this Friday (October 18) – you’ll be able to buy yours here. The National performed a cover of Echo & The Bunnymen‘s ‘Bring On The Dancing Horses’ with The War On Drugs‘ Adam Granduciel during a performance in Toronto this weekend – check out footage below.The National and The War On Drugs kicked off their co-headlining ‘Zen Diagram’ tour this month, which has so far seen them perform in cities across North America including New York, Columbia and Philadelphia.On Friday night (September 20), the bands performed at Budweiser Stage in Toronto where The National treated fans to their cover of Echo & The Bunnymen’s 1985 track ‘Bring On The Dancing Horses’ with special guest Granduciel.Check out fan shot footage of the performance below.The National also performed favourites like ‘I Need My Girl’, ‘About Today’ and ‘Fake Empire’ throughout their set.Over the coming weeks, the tour is due to hit cities including Chicago, Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Portland and Los Angeles before wrapping up in Mexico City. Big Thief have debuted their new line-up following the departure of bassist and founding member Max Oleartchik.Earlier this month, the indie-folk band took to their official Instagram account to share that Oleartchik had departed from the group, citing “interpersonal reasons” as the bassist’s decision to leave.”It’s a big change for us and the four of us ask for your trust, respect, and care as we grow into the next chapter of our lives,” they wrote on their post.Last night (July 28), Big Thief headlined Portland’s Project Pabst festival marking the group’s first show in over a year.
