Appearing makeup free in the video, the singer's freckles were on show before Axel brought attention to the spot under her lip.
He soon pointed right to where the spot was, making it hard for Perrie to contain her laughter. "I was humbled by my son this morning when he noticed my skin breakout," the doting mother captioned the clip.
Attempting to contain her laughter as she entertained Axel, Perrie wrote over another clip: "He had to be so specific and do me dirty like that." It comes after Perrie opened up about wedding planning after Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain got down on one knee and proposed to the singer last June after six years together and 10 months after welcoming their first son, baby Axel.
