Harry was educated at Wetherby School, Ludgrove School, and Eton College. He spent parts of his gap year in Australia and Lesotho. He then underwent officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He was commissioned as a cornet (second lieutenant) into the Blues and Royals, serving temporarily with his brother Prince William, and he completed his training as a troop leader. In 2007–08, he served for over ten weeks in Helmand, Afghanistan, but was pulled out after an Australian magazine revealed his presence there. He returned to Afghanistan for a 20-week deployment in 2012–13 with the Army Air Corps. He left the army in June 2015.

Meghan Markle 'didn't understand Royal pecking order' and 'wanted to be the star'

Meghan Markle "didn't grasp Royal hierarchy" and "craved the limelight", a royal expert has claimed.The Duchess of Sussex has been accused by a commentator of exiting the Royal Family because "she wanted to be the star".

The former Suits actress joined the Royal Family back in May 2018 when she married Prince Harry, but the couple stepped back from their official duties in 2020 and relocated to the US where they still live with their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Ever since their departure, Meghan and Harry have made a number of explosive and controversial remarks during interviews and on their Netflix series about their lives within the Royal Family.

Now, a Royal expert has suggested that Meghan "threw a tantrum" and left the Royal family when she wasn't the centre of attention and didn't realise that she and Harry were not at the top of the "royal hierarchy".
