A Lanarkshire youth was found carrying a kitchen knife only yards from a police station. Taylor Rooney was bailed but was soon in trouble again after a disturbance at a party.

One of them, Rooney, began to adjust his waistband and turned away.“He was detained and a kitchen knife with a six-inch blade was recovered.
