Lanarkshire school pupils help to improve sheltered housing residents' digital skills

A technical marvel of a generation game took place as Lanarkshire school pupils teamed up with elderly residents. Youngsters from Coatbridge's Greenhill Primary visited tenants at the town's James Dempsey Gardens retirement complex in a project to help improve digital skills.

The North Lanarkshire Council initiative aimed to educate older residents about digital technology through one-to-one training with young people.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
