IU has opened up about how she nearly missed the Washington D.C. stop of her 2024 ‘HEREH’ world tour after her flight to the city was cancelled.IU is currently on the North American leg of her 2024 ‘HEREH’ world tour, marking the first time she’s performing headlining shows in the US since her debut.

gig, IU shared how she ended up getting to the concert after her flight from the previous stop in Atlanta was unexpectedly cancelled due to the global IT outage that occurred earlier this week.“My flight got suddenly cancelled, and for the first time in my life, I drove – technically, the driver drove me – through the night for 10 hours on the highway,” she told the audience. “That was crazy.
