Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens, and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School. He took charge of his family's real-estate business in 1971, renamed it The Trump Organization, and expanded its operations from Queens and Brooklyn into Manhattan.

The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. Forbes estimates his net worth to be $3.1 billion.

Celine Dion’s Team Slams “Unauthorized” Use Of ‘Titanic’ Song At Trump Rally, Pokes Fun At Choice

Footage from a video of Celine Dion performing her Oscar-winning song from Titanic at last night’s Donald Trump-J.D. Vance rally has gone viral.

It also got the attention of the Grammy-winning singer’s management team and record label Sony Music Entertainment Canada, which issued a statement Saturday about “the unauthorized usage of the video, recording, musical performance, and likeness of Celine Dion singing ‘My Heart Will Go On’” at a Donald Trump / JD Vance campaign rally in Montana.” They made it clear that “in no way is this use authorized, and Celine Dion does not endorse this or any similar use.” The team also could not resist to point out the irony of using a song from a movie about one of the biggest disasters in naval history at a campaign rally. “…And really, THAT song?,” they ended their statement with, echoing the slew of sinking ship jokes about the music choice on social media.

Democratic Presidential candidate Kamala Harris’ team also has capitalized on the opportunity the viral video of the performance, which you can see below, provided.

This is not the first time “My Heart Will Go On” has been used at a Trump rally. It was featured at a Nov. 1, 2020 event in North Carolina during the final stretch of the Presidential campaign, leading to The View panel having a chuckle the following morning and moderator Whoopi Goldberg noting, “The irony is just magnificent.” Added co-cost Sara Haines, “That does not bode well for anyone.” The song also played at a June 2021 Trump rally in North Carolina and was on the playlist for the Jan.
