ITV Emmerdale fans rumble Nicky's 'plan' as he proposes to Gabby Thomas

The character, played by Lewis Cope, made his first appearance in the Dales back in December when he became the new nanny at Home Farm.
At the time, Gabby was delighted to offer the job to the handsome newbie and Nicky wasted no time in accepting. It wasn't long before the mum-of-one made an advance at Kim Tate's new employee and after weeks of resistance, Nicky finally succumbed to his feelings and viewers of the ITV soap have watched the pair enjoying a secret romance.
But during Monday night's edition of Emmerdale (April 3), after already being caught out by Caleb Milligan, Gabby and Nicky decided to come clean to Kim as well as her mum Bernice Blackstock and former step-mum Laurel Thomas.
