Albion Rovers boss Sandy Clark feels a red card for Luke Graham in their defeat at Annan was harsh, but feels the defender shouldn’t have given referee Lloyd Wilson the chance to send him packing.Doubles from Adam Smith and Dominic Docherty in each half inflicted a 4-0 defeat.Clark is bitterly disappointed with the result, which leaves Rovers rock bottom of League Two with three games to go, and Wilson will now miss Saturday’s visit from Stenhousemuir. The sending off had little bearing on the result, with Rovers already 3-0 down at the time, but Clark felt it was another disappointing moment on a terrible day at the office. He said: “Annan thoroughly deserved to win the game, there’s no doubt about that, but the disappointment for me is that we didn’t start well in the game.“The two goals we lost in the first half are really poor, just poor decision-making.“After defending fairly well – which we had to do – there were two basic errors that created the goals, and we’ve realised we’ve got to stop that.“That gave them a lift.“We had a few chances but didn’t manage to get the goal, when we probably deserved to score one or maybe two.“The biggest issue at the moment was an unnecessary red card – Luke did use some foul language and there’s a way in which you can deliver that.“He didn’t mean any harm by it, but it gave the referee the chance to send him off, and I was really disappointed with the decision.”One piece of good news for Rovers is defender Ayrton Sonkur should recover from a knee injury to face Stenny.Clark, whose side trail Bonnyrigg Rose by two points, added: “Big Sonks missed the game with a knee injury, and if they’re both going to be out on Saturday it causes us a wee bit of an issue.“But hopefully Sonks will
