Amelia Dimoldenberg's huge rise to fame from Chicken Shop Date to A-list red carpets
Amelia Dimoldenberg shot to fame when she launched her unusual interview series, Chicken Shop Date.The format sees the 29 year comedian and journalist interview a variety of celebs, including singer Phoebe Bridgers, actress Keke Palmer and legendary documentary journalist Louis Theroux, in local chicken shops all across London.The episodes, which are usually only about five to seven minutes long, have proved a massive hit online and the YouTube channel which hosts them now boasts more than 1.8 million subscribers.The show, which initially included just local grime artists, has seen Amelia rise from relatively unknown to one of the most popular social media stars in the UK. Amelia started out as a student at Central St Martins, where she studied fashion journalism and worked for magazine The Cut.
