How often you should really wash your jeans - and it’s less than you think

Jeans are one of those classic clothing items that many of us have in our wardrobe, as they can be worn for so many occasions and it doesn't take much to build an outfit with them.However, if you've ever wondered how often you actually need to wash them, you might be surprised - as it's a lot longer than you might have considered.Whether you own one pair of beloved jeans or ten, knowing when you should chuck them in the wash is a must.

You should be able to get away with washing them every 10 wears or so, but if you're doing any strenuous work in them, you might need to stick them in the wash more often.
