Romanian outlet Sport pe Surse go as far to say he has now 'agreed' on a €1m per year salary with his former club Fiorentina, where he spent two years in his youth between 2016 and 2018 and made two senior appearances.
But they note that the Serie A club are yet to front up Rangers' asking price - which they put at €3.5m (£2.95m). Hagi has made 99 appearances in total during his four years at Rangers but last played for them in a two-minute cameo against Servette in Champions League qualifying last July before heading out on loan.
