Strictly Come Dancing contestant Pete Wicks has shared a 'wild' change in his routine ahead of his second live performance. The reality TV star, who is known for appearing on The Only Way Is Essex, is amongst the 15 celebrities competing in the BBC One dance contest this year.
Pete, 36, who is best pals with I'm A Celebrity 2023 winner Sam Thompson and co-hosts the podcast Staying Relevant alongside him, has been partnered with professional dancer Jowita Przystał, 30, for the 20th anniversary series.
Last week, the couple took to the dancefloor to perform their first routine together - a paso doble to the Prodigy's Breathe - which saw them awarded a score of 17 points from the judges. But ahead of their return to the dance floor, Pete has revealed a change in his evening routine. Taking to his Instagram story on Friday night (September 27), the TV star told his 1.7 million followers: "In bed by 9:30 on a Friday.
