Erik ten Hag insists there are still positions up for grabs in the Manchester United starting line up for their Premier League opener against Wolves.
United are in action for the final time this summer when they face Athletic Bilbao in Dublin on Sunday afternoon, just a day after they defeated RC Lens at Old Trafford.
Ten Hag has named a totally different side for the match in the Irish capital, with Jadon Sancho and Christian Eriksen among those starting the match. "We need a squad all over the season," he told MUTV ahead of the match vs Bilbao. "It is not about 11 players.
Also, for next week (vs Wolves) there are still one or two positions with considerations of who will start. Also, from game to game, we can pick the starting XI. "So it is important for those players, that they show themselves, they show they can contribute, and that we are looking forward to this game.
