Concern grows over missing 14-year-old boy with police appeal issued

Police have issued an appeal for help to track down a missing 14-year-old boy from Rochdale. Frank went missing at around 5.30pm on Thursday (October 31).

He was last spotted on Wilton Grove in Heywood, police said. Officers said they are 'becoming increasingly concerned' about him and 'want to make sure he is safe and well'.

Frank was last seen wearing a black hoodie, with grey tracksuit bottoms and black Nike trainers.
