40 year old Rachel was the second contestant to be voted out of the latest series of BBC's Survivor, after her team lost the challenge for immunity and spoke about forming "alliances".The start of Survivor consisted of 18 contestants who were split into two tribes of nine people.Their challenge is to compete against each other in a range of mental and physical challenges to try and stay on the island.Their latest challenge saw the two teams racing through water around a rectangular shaped challenge course, with the aim of catching the other team.

However, each tribe was tied together with 50kg of weight distributed amongst the team. A contestant was able to drop out if they got too tired, however they then had to pass their weight onto another contestant, making it all the more difficult.

After the challenge took place, the losing tribe attended a Tribal Council where they each voted for one person to leave the tribe, and leave the show.

Before the dreaded vote, Joel asked contestant Christopher if he thought alliances were being formed, to which he said: "I'm not sure because I feel like I get on with everyone and I feel like I've made a great friendship group out of our tribe La Nena.
