Strictly Come Dancing returned on Sunday night, revealing which couples would face the dreaded dance-off and, ultimately, be eliminated from the show and narrowly miss out on a spot in Blackpool next week.Fans were eagerly awaiting the results following Saturday night's show - which was embroiled in 'fix' rows over the judging panel having 'favourites' in the competition.Tonight's show opened with an emotional performance from the Strictly professionals marking Remembrance Sunday, before the gruelling results took place, with hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman confirming who would be battling it out for a place next week.First facing the dance off were Angela Rippon and Kai Widdrington.
Judge Craig Revel-Horwood advised them not to change a thing in their performance from the night before, which was "absolutely brilliant."They were joined by Krishnan Guru-Murthy and his partner Lauren Oakley, who placed last in the leaderboard last night with their lowest score of the series.
It was Channel 4 newsreader Krishnan that had to bid farewell to his time on the competition, despite Angela slipping during her performance.
Craig elected to save Angela, along with Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du-Beke.Fans took to social media to react, and many were unimpressed.
