'You've not made it yet' - Sir Alex Ferguson's rant and subsequent apology to ex-Manchester United prodigy

Powell signed for the Reds from Crewe Alexandra in 2012, the same day as Shinji Kagawa joined from Borussia Dortmund. After catching the eye with the Railwaymen, hopes were high for the 18-year-old midfielder to in time shine at Old Trafford.
However, his career at United failed to take off. Powell made just nine appearances for the club and spent time on loan at Wigan Athletic, Leicester City and Hull City before being released in 2016.
The youngster scored his only goal for the club off the bench against the Latics in September 2012 in what was his Premier League debut. "I'd just scored against Wigan and I got bullied into doing an MUTV interview after the game," Powell said.
