House flies are unfortunately becoming more and more prominent as we enter into summer. The annoying pests are driven inside when the weather gets warm and they're attracted to any food that might be lying around the house.

At times, it may seem like the swarms can be impossible to get rid of. But according to one fan of the cleaning guru Mrs Hinch, there's no need to rely on harmful chemicals to kill the flies, and all you need instead is a few coins and a sandwich bag.

The Express reports that one woman in search of advice posted on one of many Facebook groups inspired by the cleaning influencer.

She asked: “What's the best thing to get rid of flies? Live near a cow farm and they are starting already."One response told her to get a sandwich bag, some pennies and some water.
