In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Scots dog with rare condition needs to wear goggles outside to protect him from sunlight

A dog with a rare eye condition that almost left him blind is now able to enjoy the great outdoors thanks to specially adapted goggles.Border Collie Gus was diagnosed with a rare condition called Pannus when he was just one-year-old.The condition affects the cornea of the eye is worsened by exposure to sunlight, causing permanent damage if not properly treated.Three-year-old Gus' owner Chloe Godliman first spotted a pink cloudy patch in the corner of his left eye while giving him a cuddle in the summer of 2021.Chloe, 28, took Gus to the vets near her home in Oban with husband Joe the following day and was devastated to be told his incurable condition could severely affect the animal's social life.Speaking to the Record, Chloe said: "It didn't sink in straight away that this was something that he would have for the rest of his life."At first we thought the mark was a bit of dirt, but when it was still there the following day we took him to the vet."He's not an indoor dog so when we were told he couldn't go outside while the sun was out was just going to change our entire lives."I just couldn't believe it was happening."We'd never heard of Pannus so I went home and researched everything I could about the condition."Chloe soon discovered that a company called Rex Specs sold secure eye protection for dogs which provide UV protection, blocking 99.9% of harmful rays.The goggles are specifically designed for dog's with Pannus and without them Gus would have to stay inside.The mum-of-one, who is a medical lab technician, said: "He is a family member so getting rid of him was never going to be an option so we had to figure something out."The glasses are brilliant.
