Before his romance with Sanam, Kai enjoyed a brief romance with Olivia as they got to know each other. However, his head was quickly turned as he shared an instant connection with Sanam, who was one of the bombshells in Casa Amor.
As Olivia got back to the main villa arm in arm with bombshell Maxwell, she soon demanded an apology from Kai, which he refused to give her, much to her dismay.
