Bob Dylan’s life, A Complete Unknown, starring Timothée Chalamet arrives next year – but does the actor sing as Dylan in the film?A new trailer for A Complete Unknown was released today (July 24) and in it we get the first glimpse of Chalamet as the folk icon.The new film will arrive in cinemas in January 2025 and will see Chalamet take on the role of Dylan during his early rise to fame.A synopsis reads: “Set in the influential New York music scene of the early 60s, A Complete Unknown follows 19-year-old Minnesota musician Bob Dylan’s (Timothée Chalamet) meteoric rise as a folk singer to concert halls and the top of the charts – his songs and mystique becoming a worldwide sensation – culminating in his groundbreaking electric rock and roll performance at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965.”The movie stars Chalamet alongside Edward Norton, Elle Fanning, Monica Barbaro, Boyd Holbrook Dan Fogler, Norbert Leo Buzt and Scoot McNairy.You can watch the trailer here:Yes, Chalamet does indeed sings several Dylan songs during the film.
