Pensioner, 85, dragged to ground in mugging
manchestereveningnews.co.ukPolice are appealing for information after a pensioner had her handbag snatched during a mugging in Bury. The 85-year-old was dragged to the ground during the street robbery in Whitefield.
It took place on Dalton Avenue at 4.25pm on Thursday, February 9. The suspect is described as a white male, aged 40s, 5ft 6ins, wearing a navy coat, woolly hat and backpack.
