They had a "significant argument" about the break-up of the relationship and Kreidie raised his voice to the woman and came up close to her.
Threats were made but they did not involve threats to kill her or to use violence. She left the property but, when she returned later, she found that it had been "smashed up" by Kreidie.
He had damaged mobile telephones, a window, clothes and a mirror. The woman made a complaint to the police. She was now pregnant and the couple's baby was due to be born on August 8.
