With her blonde locks scraped up into a bun, and a sheen of sweat on her body, the former Love Island star proudly lifted her tiny white sports bra and pulled down her black gym shorts to show off her sculpted abs shortly after a workout.
Highlighting the full extent of her definition, the 30 year old went on to flex her muscles while smiling widely at the camera as she plugged her next "total shred challenge".
Writing a lengthy message in the caption, the fitness trainer cited the upcoming summer months as motivation as she encouraged her 1 million followers to sign up for her forthcoming exercise challenge, which begins on 1 May. "TOTAL SHRED AND SCULPT is created for those of you who want to burn fat whilst building long lean muscle," she wrote.
